Micki has been CAA ' s chief lobbyist for 25 years. With her team at HBS they ' re our front line defense against challenging legislation targeted toward our industry. She has stood for what’ s right in the face of our adversaries. She has taught me a ton about politics and elections too.

Michael is one of the smartest executives in the Association world, leading the Associated General Contractors for many years, we worked together on several projects... And also served on the CSAE and CREA Boards together. Michael taught me many lessons about Association management and advocacy.

One of my most vivid memories in 26 years of AAMD, was Mike playing the part of Lion in a Wizard of Oz skit demonstrating the courage or IRO( independent rental owner) members who face so many challenges. Mike elevated the level of professionalism for our IROC program and always represented with a strong voice.
