Megan worked with Jamie Gloneck and I as we expanded our reach for Community & Govt Affairs. She is an incredibly sharp and intelligent professional, a guardian of purpose and values, but with a great sense of humor.
MELINDA COVINGTON
While we work in a female-dominated industry, it ' s encouraging to see womanowned businesses succeed as long as Melinda ' s has. She built her business with passion and a drive to respond to her customer ' s needs, and has influenced AAMD to be more nimble and to understand the challenges facing Supplier partners.
MELISSA ROBBINS
Melissa was instrumental in building our Technology Conference at a critical moment for the industry. She is a multifaceted marketing and technology expert who volunteered for AAMD with excellent ideas for members to embrace new tech and media platforms.

Matt ' s support of AAMD has always been felt through his team and their strong commitment to our committee work and sponsorships, but it doesn ' t go past me that his leadership and backing over the years has driven in large part what Arbor and Real Floors have done to support our mission.

Meghan has lead the advocacy efforts with the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association for several years, and has continued to professionalize their organization with strong government affairs monitoring and strategy. She ' s been a great partner in Boulder to work with and has taught me the value of coalition building.

Meghan helped to broaden our Government Affairs staff and department. Her contributions were timely and impactful to what we were doing on a local level. Her expertise and outreach connected AAMD with many elected officials to educate them on local issues.

Melanie was the chairperson of the task force that hired me. She was tough but sensible and warm. She was a trusted and respected affordable housing expert who touched so many lives. She had a strong voice for her residents, and a beautiful singing voice too.

One of my all-time top AAMD Presidents and favorite people in the industry. Meredith is an exemplary leader who taught me balance and how to be at your best when things were at their worst. In a very competitive world and industry, Meredith knows how to build credibility and allies.
MICHAEL DRIVER
Mike was one of the smartest individuals I ever hired. He was super grounded, amazingly creative, driven and so personable. He spoke and taught Chinese, and taught English in China. Mike taught us how to be more transparent and vulnerable and how it leads to stronger trust and respect.
