360 DEGREES OF REFLECTION

LORINDA BODMAN ^
Lorinda is steady hand and a generous heart, guiding others with patience, purpose and presence. She did so much with her can-do attitude to help drive AAMD ' s growth and success.
LUKE MILLER
Luke taught us to be " here, not over there ", to pay attention, be in the moment, and understand where the next thing was going to take you.
LYN JACOBS ^
Lyn is one of those instrumental people who helped shape AAMD and our culture into lasting legacy. His genuine care for people in this business is bar none. He has taught me to lead with humility, purpose and high expectations. Lyn ' s depth of support for AAMD alongside Matt Gilbreth and their entire team at Real Floors has been nothing short of phenomenal.
LYNNE PETERSEN
Lynne was the AE and President of the Indiana Apartment Association, where she did great work in advocacy for the industry and the state affiliates across the nation. Lynne and I always shared similar views on how to best provide value to our members.
LYNETT BROCKMAN
Lynett ' s passion doesn ' t just fuel successful projects, but ignites people to do more and be more. Her thoughtfulness, grace and steady presence has had such deep impact on our industry.
LYNN MCCARTY
Lynn ' s energy and zest for fun make her inspirational, but her nose for getting things done the right way was always the model for her leadership. Go Big Blue!
MARCELLA EPPSTEINER
Marcella is a model of grace under pressure, turning tension into teamwork by finding a creative path when roads are uncertain and teaching me the art of collaboration and being authentic. She is a dynamic force for good at AAMD.
MARCI FRENCH
Marci teaches us to value relationships over transactions and to be a great coach you have to be a great listener. She always shows respect and collaboration when building teams and interacting with people. She ' s impacted AAMD and NAA by being such an energetic educator and mentor.
MARISA WILLIAMS
So proud of my youngest daughter who motivates me everyday to be better than yesterday. I love being her dad and reflecting on how much she has grown and matured. Her natural instincts around people to be warm, kind, thoughtful and happy … are inspiring. She ' s hilarious and always teaches me to stay young at heart.
MARCIA ARMSTRONG
Marcia was another special leader from the Windhager RedPeak tree. She is a true straight shooter, refreshingly candid and forthright … but a ton of laughs and humility. Marcia taught me to be more bold.
MARK CUKRO
Mark elevates our game within our eduction department and offerings by teaching EPA and OSHA certifications, as well as CAMT. A true pro in every sense of the phrase.
MARK DENZEN
As my boss before AAMD, the lessons Mark Denzen instilled carried through to so many elements for my oversight of staff, volunteers, and financial resources. Denzen taught me to do the little things right and the big things will follow, and that someone ' s effort and willingness blows away intellect.
MARK TSCHETTER
Tschetter is a trailblazer and an icon in our industry … a strategic thinker, with deep clarity and ability to unite a vision and execute. He and TSM contribute so much volunteered legal work for CAA. Mark always taught me to be prepared for the tough questions and to be curiously skeptical.
MARK WINDHAGER ^
Mark is another volunteer leader that I would consider to be an AAMD Mount Rushmore legend. His body of work and volunteerism spans across every aspect of AAMD: financial stability, advocacy, education, charity, technology and staff development- just to name a few. Mark taught me so many lessons about business and leadership.
MARY KUHN
Mary was our Office Manager for several years. She was quietly brilliant and was always ahead of the game. She taught me how to be more open to change and streamlining functionality.
