My sister( and political icon in Colorado) has shaped me in so many ways. Her strong organizational and people skills have taken the Leadership Program of the Rockies to new heights and national prominence. She is beloved by all of the LPR students because she is so giving with her time, advice and experience. Shari has taught me so many lessons around politics, timeless principles, and genuine leadership.

Sharon has broadly influenced the AAMD and the industry through a variety of companies and support of the Association. She always shined a bright light on the positive and kept an optimistic energy.

Taught me more lessons than I can recount, but graciousness was at the top. Her presidency was loaded with achievements and then she just kept delivering. Sharon left a legacy of achievement, growth, but one of heart and kindness too as she always was coaching me and the team.
