As a two time AAMD President, Don was a driving force for AAMD growth, enhanced value and smart decisions. Don ' s vision had a huge impact on AAMD ' s financial position and for me personally. DOUG CULKIN
Doug led NAA out of financial ruin, we started at about the same time … and he taught me a lot about budgets and how to exceed them.
DRAKE POWELL ^
Drake was such a critical guide for my personal and professional growth, visualizing a stronger staff structure and a more sophisticated and financially sound organization. Drake taught me how Delegation is an act of faith- you let others rise while you learn to release control. You " Got to love the Drake!"
DREW HAMRICK ^
Perhaps the single most valuable person in Denver protecting our industry over 30 years, saving billions … and Drew is still leading us into the battle. Drew has legendary intellect and instincts. He was AAMD Person of the Year several times as a volunteer. Now that he ' s on staff- I rely upon him every single day for keeping us grounded and focused on what matters most. I honestly don ' t know where we ' d be without Drew. www. aamdhq. org TRENDS NOV / DEC 2025 | 35
