360 DEGREES OF REFLECTION

EARLEASE ALEXANDER ^
Earlease is longer tenured than me at AAMD, which means she ' s seen it all … and deposited close to $ 100,000,000 in the bank. Her smile and infectious laugh has echoed the hallways of the AAMD Office for 26 years … keeping members and staff smiling. What a treasure to work alongside her.
ED SCHELL
THE Godfather of Maintenance( Olympics) Mania, Ed taught us all the real value of celebrating the Maintenance profession. It was such an honor and wonderful memory to have Ed induct me into the AAMD Hall of Fame. A true advocate and friend!
EILEEN KUBANYI
Eileen instilled in me that one person’ s time and heart can ripple out to change a community. Her influence on AAMD was impactful with so many different events, but it was her impact on people that is lasting.
EILEEN LONG
As our third party CPA for many years now, Eileen has been a tremendous asset for Earlease and I to depend on for Financial Statements, audit preparation and overall accounting work for AAMD. She has been a super dedicated partner over the years who we owe a great deal of gratitude. She has taught me many lessons around accounting.
ELIZABETH DAPPER
I got to know Elizabeth when she was the President of AASC, and we moved to strengthen relations between the CAA affiliates. Her business acumen and polished talents make her a great member and volunteer for AAMD. She keeps ego in the back seat and allows her work to speak for itself.
ERIC GEIST
Eric ' s story is one of my favorite examples of why this industry is so great and how it offers incredible opportunities for amazing people who exemplify hard work and apply themselves. He leads with heart and empowers his team to achieve stunning outcomes.
ERIC WILSON
Eric was part of the OG Executive Team who brought me aboard … he taught me so much about the business and the people who built it! We worked on the Work Comp Insurance program together for years.
ERICA SANCHEZ
Erica reminds us that excellence isn’ t just about achievement— it’ s about impact, integrity, and heart. She is a contributor- always so willing to step in and move the ball down the field. Whether it ' s PR, NAA, JLAC … she is always there. Erica has taught me to be more curious and embrace fresh ideas.
ERIN GOFF
Erin is our chief lobbyist for CAA. Her tenacious lobbying, excellent relations, and persuasive communication skills make her super valuable to our industry. She does her homework and has superpower patience with our state legislature, while she educates them on our issues
ERIN MANGERS
Erin has been an industry expert and AAMD supporter for 20 + years. She drives performance in creative ways and always is aligning her behavior with the overall mission of the organization. Erin is passionate about mentoring her team and ultimately elevating the resident experience
FAITH AIDS
Faith is one of many in the Mark Windhager tree of leadership. She has grown into a super effective industry professional and great supporter of AAMD. She has volunteered on a variety of committees and Chaired our Economic Conference. Faith taught me how to channel marketing effort into real innovation for AAMD.
FOY BAILEY
Literally the first person I talked to at my very first AAMD function was Foy. I asked her why she was involved- and she classically described how AAMD is about the people! Foy ' s theme throughout her career and volunteer work at AAMD was to shine a light and recognize the people in this industry who do great work. She did that through her consistent support of the Tributes Celebration for many years.
FELISHA AUSTIN
Super authentic and accountable leader, Felisha is incredibly grounded. Through her work on our mentoring program she is empowering career and personal growth and fostering inclusion, diversity, accountability and integrity.
FRANK ABAGNALE, JR.
Yes, the real character from the movie Catch Me If You Can. I ' ve heard him speak twice and he delivers a powerful message about the critical nature of fatherhood and that the true measure of a man is his love and impact on his children. Abagnale ' s message stuck with me from both perspectives of appreciating my own dad, and how to be the best dad possible for my daughters.
