DAVE NEWMAN
Dave was the guy most responsible for hiring me in 1999. He understood my vision and always had my back. Lost touch with him many years ago, but always remember him sticking out his neck for me in the early years.
DAVID BROGAN
David is the Executive Director & CEO of the NJ Apartment Association. Dave and I see the world through a similar lens, and we ' ve worked together on various NAA policies, attempting to improve the affiliate experience and value.
DAVID EDWARDS
David was instrumental in building consensus among affiliates across the NAA Network. His leadership role at NAA grew the national unit count and value of the National organization. David taught me that membership growth and retention is an Association ' s # 1 priority; everything else comes together if membership is growing.
DAVID PHIFER
Such a depth of knowledge and leadership inspiration. David taught me so many early lessons about Association work and our industry and how the national network was a wealth of connections and personalities. David served as NAA President in 1995.
DAVID THOMPSON
David is a savvy industry leader, marketing expert and political influencer. With his engagement in JLAC and Alliance, David has taught us how to seize opportunities and be at the table.
DEAN STEIB
Dean is a great listener and brings an empathetic leadership style to build collaboration and growth for his team. He brings deep industry experience, fresh ideas and a great philanthropic approach to our Apartments Giving Back Program.
DEBBI KING
Debbi is probably one of the most reliable volunteer leaders we have. Always a consistent force for advocacy and education for CAA & AAMD. She now leads our CAA Small Donor Committee playing a critical role in our electoral strategies across the state.
DEBBIE WILSON
Deb brought so much talent to our educational programing, legal expertise and advocacy. We deeply miss her talent, keen eye for legislative language and great sense of humor.
DENE MERROW
Wholeheartedly and always willing to help in so many ways. Dene had a passion for Supplier priorities and how to improve the networking experience.
DENNIS MALONE
Dennis was such a long-standing icon as CAA President for 15 years, and such a great educator teaching CAM, CAMT, CAPS … and teaching me all the ropes about the state organization.

Denise is a rising star at the North & South Dakota Apartment Associations. She represents our Region with integrity, passion and a rational voice for advocacy.

Desiree is a rising star at AAMD and in the industry. She welcomes new challenges and has taken the AAMD Mentorship program to a new level and shown how much potential the program has. It ' s fun to watch Desiree grow.
