Carol has always been a huge supporter of AAMD from afar in Salt Lake. Her deep industry experience allows her to successfully coach and inspire her teams. Her business acumen and deep understanding of client relations make her a force in the industry. Carol ' s support towards long term growth and direction of AAMD and the Utah Apartment Association are greatly appreciated.

Such a kind and beloved person. Carol was very involved in my early years and progression as a leader. She taught me that professionalism and compassion go hand in hand … and how to be poised in the face of difficult moments.
CARRIE GILLIS
Carrie is a visionary who created the Joint Legislative Advisory Council, our most effective volunteer platform to advocate for the industry. She taught me how to prioritize what really matters, and not to take things for granted. Carrie has been an unstoppable force for advocacy and industry professionalism in Northern Colorado for decades.

Data, stats, and info are just the tip of the iceberg... Cary is such a wealth of insight and analysis for what ' s really going on. Cary has been so willing with his time. He has taught us all so much about the cycles of real estate and market dynamics. Some of my favorite Cary moments were from his animated presentations alongside Jeff Hawks.

Chad ' s energy and broad scope of his volunteerism is unparalleled. He brings powerful enthusiasm, perspective and insight into every room he walks into. His leadership is heartfelt, purposeful, and by example. My favorite Chad moment might be Hans & Franz( with Mike Holt) totally Pumping us Up for a new member drive.
CHANELE RICHARDSON
Chanele has a beautiful smile, voice and personality, and behind it is a compassionate and giving person. She is an expert in affordable housing and brings so much knowledge and depth to AAMD. Her leadership is firm, fair, consistent and yields accountability … while she inspires her teams to be there at their best in delivering meaningful results.
CHARLIE HOGAN
Charlie is relatively new to the CAA Board, but not new to the industry as he has the Cornerstone team for several years driving a uniquely different experience for residents. Charlie has taught me consistency in action, and to stay focused on the advocacy priorities for the industry.
CHELSEA FREDELL
Chelsea is a creative powerhouse with so many fun and fresh ideas, but she backs up her great ideas with tangible follow through, execution and results. Her( lunch box) work ethic turns sparks into flames and she makes the magic around our special events come to life.
