360 DEGREES OF REFLECTION

BRENDA BIXLER ^
Brenda set the tone for years to come on how to plan a great Trade Show for our membership. She taught me the value of having excellent content, speakers and panels at our most important event. Her leadership was focused on caring deeply— about people, progress, and principles.
BRENDA WILLIAMS
The single most important person in my life. Brenda has taught me so much about business, people, communication, relationships, integrity, depth of insight, authenticity, devotion and love. She ' s the best mom and wife ever, and for 25 + years she balanced keeping the family in harmony and driving a successful business.
BRETT FRANK
Brett is a rising super star in our industry and has already contributed so much to AAMD and NAA ' s success. His super smart and insightful approach make him someone who I closely listen to and watch. Brett ' s military background and his hands-on lead by example nature make him an excellent AAMD volunteer and leader.
BRIAN COX
Brenda with Jaime Glonek
Amazing support of the Chili Cook Off and the art of building relationships that last. He was a driving force behind seeing the event grow in its early years.
BRIAN MCHUGH
Steadfast support of the Maintenance Mania( Olympics) and our mission to lift up the Maintenance professionals. Brian continues to rise above the chaos.
BRIAN SANCHEZ
Brian is brand new to AAMD leadership but not brand new to the industry. His reach is super broad and his energy and empathy for people is what defines him. Brian has reminded me of the importance of fresh ideas and to think bigger.
BRITTEN HALE
Britten was on our AAMD education faculty for many years teaching fair housing and legal classes. He always brought a bold and fun energy to everything he was involved with.
BRYAN STERN
Bryan is a visionary for building strong teams and investing in great companies. He is super sharp and collaborative with his partners to grow a business the right way. Bryan was always extremely supportive of the Association and his company being engaged to make it stronger.
BRUCE DISSELKOEN
Bruce is a great partner in Northern Colorado at the Weld County Apartment Association. Bruce has volunteered for CAA and been an amazing asset for the organization for many years. He continues to serve on the CAA Small Donor Committee. His leadership has contributed to having a strong network of advocacy across the state.
BROOKE PARRA
Champion for our Affordable Housing Committee and strong leadership for education, Brooke creates strong team frameworks that can diffuse a crisis and make good decisions under pressure. She has taught me about how accountability can be infectious.
BYRON O ' BAYLEY
Byron teaches a host of Hands On Maintenance Education( HOME Room) classes for AAMD. His commitment and reliability are incredible, but his skill sets are so broad and diverse in terms of what he teaches. Byron relates to our maintenance students and is able to really connect with them.
CAMERON OBER
Cameron is another rising star in our industry and for AAMD. He brings a fresh perspective and a go-getter mindset to his volunteerism, and strong leadership with his teams focusing on their success as much as the bottom line.
Carol( right) with Terri Norvell
CAROL LEVEY
A magical force for AAMD Education for over four decades! She was so generous with her time and such an entertainer. Carol was a local and national legend for AAMD and NAA. She had an ardor for our cause and our people. A true One of a Kind, and we were so lucky to have her!
