ASHLEIGH SNYDER
Ashleigh was one of my early Education Managers who had great energy. She reinforced the lesson around explaining the Why, frequently asking the right questions about why we did things versus just doing them.

Ashley is a seasoned industry pro, but the kind of person who lights-up any room she walks into. Her energy is infectious and she has a unique skill to turn an ordinary moment into powerful and memorable experience. Ashleigh teaches me and reminds us all that work should be playful and fun!

Ashley ' s style is that of a quiet but powerful guardian— not through words alone, but through consistency, compassion, and presence. She helps drive people to perform and raise their own bar. Ashley has helped Julie and the Membership team break all kinds of records over the past couple of years.
BARBARA FROMMELL
Barb ' s depth of advocacy and community relations acumen in Colorado and across the country is unparalleled. Her involvement and dedication to both JLAC and CAA plays a critical role to our success. Her leadership is unwavering, trustworthy and grounded with integrity.
BARRY ALTSHULER
Barry serves on many industry Boards and leadership groups throughout the country and his actions and voice advocating for our industry is strong in Colorado.
BENJAMIN LAUER
Ben takes a holistic approach to his business and his volunteerism at AAMD. He quickly made substantial impact on our Independent Rental Owner Council and educational forums. He is a fearless, loyal and principled leader.
BEN NOLLOLA
Ben is a fearless and tenacious leader with a big heart and willingness to step up and get involved. Ben knows how to build up a great team and put them on a path for success. I have learned resilience and humility from Ben.
BETTY & DENNIS WILLIAMS
My parents absolutely have had the greatest influence on my life, but also my ability to positively impact AAMD & CAA. They set a strong foundation for me and taught me to see the best in people, to have high expectations of myself and those around me, to be a loving dad and husband, and to enjoy the best from life( because we deserve it).
BETTY KNECHT
Over 15 years at AAMD, Betty had a dramatic impact on the quality, growth and volume of event and educational programing. She took on more capacity of work year after year and always embraced the challenge. She is a doer who embodies excellence with humility... she balanced personal, family and work priorities better than anyone.
BOB DONAHUE
Bob ' s energy and sense of humor make him a fun and active volunteer who has spread his expertise to multiple areas of AAMD including our networking and onsite programs. Bob ' s friendly leadership style keeps it light but super productive. He is a joy to be around and always lifts everyone up.
BOB PINNAGAR
Bob has been the leader of the National Apartment Association for the last decade overseeing phenomenal membership growth. He has taught me lessons around long-game strategies, process and governance.
BOBBY HUTCHINSON
Bobby ' s superior industry knowledge and financial proficiencies translate to an extraordinary value to AAMD and CAA. His commitment to the Alliance and JLAC is irreplaceable because of his depth of knowledge around policy and politics. Bobby ' s leadership is strategic and grounded in our advocacy mission. He has taught me to remain centered, ignoring the noise and to stay focused on what ' s essential.
BRANDI CROUCH
Brandi is an idea machine. Her vision and journey to improve the AAMD member networking experience has been very impactful, including finding us a perfect venue for the Clay Shoot Classic. Her leadership style is deeply compassionate, energetic, fun and inclusive.

Brandon taught me to have consistency, integrity, and to have thoughtful action versus reaction. By his example he teaches us to be at our best, when things are at their worst.
