A great partner when she lead AASC as President, Amy is a steadfast and visionary expert in the affordable housing realm. Amy teaches and leads with her heart and brings out the positive and unique skills with her team members.

Angie taught me the lesson that strong leaders need to listen and approach issues thoughtfully with clear action, but never over-reaction. Her humanistic approach to leadership and housing is so impressive.

A real estate industry icon with such deep care for people. Where she gets her energy and pace I ' ll never know … but she is still teaching me lessons all the time … mainly about purpose.
ANNIE WILLIAMS
Annie has been a supercharged injection of energy to our events department. Her super-power is building relationships; and her leadership style is centered around kindness, killer connections and kickin ' butt! You can take the girl outta Texas, but you can ' t take the Texas outta the girl.
ANTHONY & ANGI PUSATERI
Tony was a past NAA President and the inspiration behind our Maintenance Apprenticeship Program. After Tony ' s death, his family created a fund to promote maintenance driven education and career development. His daughter Angi Pusateri Downey was instrumental in helping AAMD launch the program.
ARTHUR MCDERMOTT
A beloved industry icon, Arthur served the Association before my time, but his impact on the organization and the industry is deep and long lasting. His career is rich with incredible development of properties and people.
