360 DEGREES OF REFLECTION

CHRIS BENO
Chris has devoted his career to be a voice for the Maintenance Teams. He has continued to be a Rockstar leader for AAMD ' s Maintenance Mania( Olympics), and so much more. Chris doesn ' t pull any punches, asking the tough questions. He has taught me to fight harder in representing our member values, and to always stand up and do the right thing.
CHERIE SHAW ^
Cherie is super smart and equally compassionate. As AAMD President she launched our SUGAR( Strategic Unit Growth And Retention) program which still delivers highly effective membership results. Cherie is part of the legendary line of AAMD Presidents who served and work at Greystar
CHIP KABRUD
The BIG Chili, Chip was the Godfather of AAMD ' s Chili Cook Off in 2000. We met with Lauren Brockman in a small Cherry Creek bar and drew the whole thing up on the back of a napkin. The rest is history! Chip led with his heart and enthusiasm for this Family oriented event.
CHIP TATUM
As the EVP of the Florida Apartment Association, Chip has been a great colleague to depend upon for sharing ideas and developing new programs. AAMD ' s Lease-A-Rama was a take-off of his Lease-A-Palooza event.
CHRIS PENNINGTON
Finding volunteers with the combination of willingness to do the physical stuff and having thoughtful game changing ideas is rare. Chris is so reliable, genuine and trustworthy.
CHRIS PRICE
Chris is so very dedicated to the maintenance teams and maintenance education. He is always ready to go and jump in to help with anything at AAMD. His vision and leadership have helped grow our Hands On Maintenance Education program and Maintenance Apprenticeship Program.
CHRISTINA STEEG
Christina was so visionary and insightful toward our future. She also introduced me to Christopher Dean … which was the reference of a lifetime. Her marketing skills, creative brilliance and depth of influence have contributed substantially to AAMD ' s long term success.
CHRISTINE HATTER
Chris makes things happen- she ' s a doer, but also a motivator. Her authentic approach and generous spirit is brilliantly demonstrated in her service as Community Outreach Chair. Chris is so great at spearheading, organizing and executing projects with the Spring Clean event for Family Homestead.
CHRISTOPHER DEAN ^
Chris is one of the very top individuals who has transformed AAMD over the past 20 years. His devoted hard work, creativity, and leadership are second to none in reflection to our success. Everything you have seen or heard the past two decades( branding, marketing, print, digital, video, social media, public relations, information, vacancy report, compensation report, dashboard, strategic plan, legal handbook, Trends magazine, member Directory...) has Chris ' s finger prints all over them.
CHUCK BAILEY >
Chuck taught me so much about the multifamily business and a key player to getting the Alliance started. Chuck has a down to earth personality and a tough work ethic that help set up AAMD and CAA for long term success. His desire for stronger advocacy and deeper professionalism of the Association was extremely impactful.
CLOVER SHARPE
Clover is one of those volunteers who is so authentic, professional, and reliable. From EAC, CIC, to improving onboarding for AAMD leadership- Clover delivers every single time! She is a creative force in our industry that makes strenuous work look easy. Clover is building herself a meaningful legacy and will be making positive impact for her company and AAMD for a very long time.
