as they stocked up their family and friends and kept the
freebie for themselves! The numbers had the boost they
needed and the deadline for the free product promotion
was the cherry on the top! We had 3 full days after it
finished to assess and see where we were at. The last
few days saw our Team bond grow closer and tighter as
everyone worked together, reached out to anyone they
could and we pulled in the last few orders we needed. 4 of
my Team suddenly had promotions in their sights. I will
be forever proud of and thankful for how hard our Team
worked over that last weekend in September.
I never wanted to be an 11.59am promotion so I’d set the
Sunday night as a deadline for the Team, also knowing
Sheridan was on a plane on the morning of the 1st and
she needed to know before we flew that we had done
it. So the evening of Sunday the 30th turned into what
can be best described as an Election Night Special. The
Team were chatting furiously on Facebook Messenger,
the wins as more Consultants crossed the line, were being
celebrated and shared, and the devastation was felt when
you heard the words, ‘no I think I’ll wait until next month
and get the new products too!’.

At 11.05pm we watched as the last green tick appeared
next to the picture of the Red Jacket. We had done it!
Team Embrace, you are a fantastic Team to work with and
I am very privileged to wear the jacket that will forever be
yours.

for your support and encouragement!
To my family I say an even bigger thank you. My husband
Dave, stood fast by my side, watching in bemusement but
ever cheering me on. My beloved daughters Chloe and
Lucy who watch my every move and see that it is possible
to be a strong ambitious woman and a mum too.
And to Norwex, I thank you for giving me the
opportunity to improve the quality of people’s lives! You
certainly have done that for ours.
But we kept our spirits high and I watched with pride as
I saw 2 Team Coordinators appear, a former one blossom
