How do I attach photos and documents to Support Tickets?
After you have submitted your ticket, you will see Add Order ID and Add
Attachment buttons on the right hand side of the screen.
Click on these to add further information to your Support Ticket.
How will I know when I have received an answer from the Consultant Care
Centre (CCC) Team?
1. You will receive an email to advise that that the Support Ticket has been updated.
2. Log into your NCO to view the response from the CCC Team
3. You can view the ticket by either
a. clicking on the icon on the top of your dashboard with a red number showing that there is a new notification.
b. click on the Need Help? link on your Dashboard.
This will give you a list of all your tickets.
4. Tickets with updates will show
under the ticket number
How do I re-open a ticket or respond back?
| If ticket has been closed:- | If ticket is still open:-
1. Click on the ticket number to access the ticket. 1. Click on the ticket number to access the ticket.
2. Click on Reopen Ticket link on the left hand side of the screen
under Quick Actions 2. Click on Add Note link on the left hand side of the screen under
Quick Actions
3. Add your response and click the Reopen button 3. Add your response and click on SAVE.
HOT TIP . If your ticket has been closed, but you want to respond –
please do not open a new ticket! It’s easy to reopen and respond in
the same ticket!
