One of the great features of our new system is the introduction of a new Consultant Care Support Ticketing System to replace emailing.
Thank you for the fantastic response received from you all!
For those who are still to try out it out, here are 5 great benefits to using Support Tickets
1. One ticket for each enquiry - easier and more efficient for you to track how your enquiry is going
2. Your query is logged into our system
3. When calling our Team, we can view your history to provide you with better service
4. Notification of updates will show on your Dashboard plus an email will be sent to advise you
5. Support Tickets receive a higher priority than emails
FAQ about Support Tickets
How do I open a New Support Ticket?
1. On your NCO dashboard, click on
which is located on the top right hand side of your screen.
2. Click on
to create a new ticket – Refer to Support Ticket Categories below for required subject titles.
3. Select a subject for your ticket.
4. Type in your question.
* Please remember to include all relevant information including order numbers, names and full explanation of circumstances.
5. Click on Submit.
