Rebecca Hayward . Senior Executive Sales Leader . WA a month while my youngest was newborn through till he was about 2 years old before I started picking things up again. My husband supported it to a point because he knew that I needed Norwex for me – even though he would have been happier for me not to work! More recently he has started to acknowledge that this is more than just a hobby and has potential for good income (only took him 4.5 years!!). He has realised that the money I make with Norwex is our savings. It is what we use for holidays and other things we enjoy. So he is getting more on board every day! Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years time? I hadn’t thought that far ahead, but my plan has always been to build Norwex up to a point that I could run a successful business with a large Team by the time both kids are in school full-time. My youngest starts part-time kindy next year so I am definitely on track with that goal! But 5 years is even longer! I would expect for my team to have grown from strength to strength as they are doing now and who knows … I could be the first Black Jacket Leader in WA … Although with the superstars in my Team they may just overtake me! That would be fine by me too. I would be proud for that to happen! 11
