A huge congratulations to Amber Thomas
on promoting to Vice President Sales Leader
and becoming New Zealand’s very first Vice
President Sales Leader
Why did you join Norwex? I joined for the income
opportunity. I wanted to have a flexible schedule that
allowed me to be available for my family while still
contributing to our income.
What did it mean to you to become a Vice President
Sales Leader? Our Team reaching VP was the result
of an huge, fun, collaborative effort! We had an
incredible month in May and doing this together just
further unified and strengthened our Team. We’re
beyond proud!
How has Norwex made a difference to you and your
family? Aside from the obvious second income it
provides in our house it is this incredible “job” that
doesn’t feel like a job at all. It has given me the
opportunity to have the most rewarding relationships
with a group of quite outstanding women who are all
focused on how they can help and serve others.
Besides promoting to VPSL what would be your
best experience, trip etc with Norwex? Leadership
Conference this year in Melbourne was incredible! I

loved every minute of it and it cemented everything I
knew I already loved about Norwex, not only for
myself but more importantly for my Team.
Who is your mentor / inspires you? Our Leadership
Team is strong and diverse with women from so
many employment backgrounds. We bounce ideas
constantly about both our personal business and
Teams to provide the best we can for our greater Team
and help them grow and reach their goals.
What are the best building tips you can give others
trying to grow their Norwex business? Consistency,
enthusiasm and humour! Something great is always
just around the corner!
What is your next goal? VP for us is a stepping stone
to our end goal of being the first Black Jacket Team in
New Zealand. The goal is to help others create strong
businesses that provide a fantastic income while
sharing an amazing product that has such a huge,
positive impact on peoples lives.
