Throughout the month I rang, sent emails, texts
and Facebook messages to communicate
with my Team. I ran demos at my house for
new Consultants, and I did Facebook live
posts about products and Team promotions. I
recruited and engaged 6 new Consultants from
my June parties and leads list.
Was the road simple? Not at all!! I started the
month feeling stressed, there was so much to
organise from the start. Then things quietened
a tad and I felt in control. I think that 9 of us
were engaged by mid-month, even with the
Bathroom Scrub Mitt incentive. I got no’s too.
NO to ordering, NO to parties, No to joining,
No to keeping their account from becoming
dormant. My confidence was slashed, how
could it happen now? A call from Tracey came
at just the right time. She encouraged me in
just the right way at the right time. I regrouped,
made another plan and continued; persistent
and determined to the end. At some stage I
read and was inspired by Rebecca Hayward’s
journey to SESL in May. She had 18 left to
engage in 3 days, and she made it. I could too.
And so I did! With 3 to engage on the last
morning it was a sure thing! So exciting
and momentous at the same time. With this
promotion the next challenge is to have
my biggest sales month ever to qualify for
Hamilton Island. Can you imagine, 3 nights
away at Conference in August to eat, sleep and
have adult conversations, and to follow it up
in 3 weeks time with another 3 nights to eat,
sleep and enjoy adult conversations? The time
to learn and grow, plus the added bonus of sun
and warmth! It will be amazing, hope to see
you there!!
