We chat with Kylie Douglass on
how to achieve the Go For The
Goal annual trip incentive.
How amazing is it to be part of a company where
you feel valued and recognised – and are rewarded so
generously for what you do!
That includes our annual Go For The Goal incentive,
giving us the opportunity to earn the ultimate reward
of an incredible overseas trip to a different location
every year! Then of course there’s all the extra goals and
rewards you earn along the way. In the past we’ve had
umbrellas, sunglasses, watches, gorgeous Najo jewellery,
and everyone’s favourite, the Sherpa blanket!
In my three years with Norwex, I have been very
fortunate to earn three Go For The Goal trips. The
first year I earned the dream holiday to Hawaii for
my husband Steve and I. Last year, it was the trip of a
lifetime to South Africa. This year, I am very excited
to be heading to Europe to go on my very first cruise
around the Mediterranean!
The new Norwex year has just begun, our points from
the past year are gone, we’re starting all over again!
And we are all waiting in high anticipation to find out
where the trip will be this time! So now is the perfect
time to start planning if you would like to come along –
wherever that may be!

For many it can seem quite daunting when you look at
the points required for the trip (60,500 in New Zealand
and 56,000 in Australia.) Maybe you think it’s even
completely out of reach. However, by working diligently
and consistently in your business over the whole year,
it is so achievable! That’s why we want to start earning
those points NOW!
So, let’s break it right down and take a closer look!
Firstly, there are so many ways that you can earn points:
• Subtotal A sales (1 point for every Subtotal A dollar)
• Qualifying a new Recruit through the FreshSTART
Rewards Program (500 points for the Upline)
• Promoting to a new Leadership level for the first time
(1,000 points)
• A Personal Recruit promoting to a new Leadership
level for the first time (1,000 points)
