Get to know your Leaders
A huge congratulations to Julie-ann Kleu from
Wollongong in NSW for promoting to ESL. Juggling
a young family and growing your business can be
like a juggling act but hear Julie-ann’s story of how
she has made it a reality.
Life is by no means quiet for me. I am a
homeschooling mother of 3, and I am halfway
through my fourth pregnancy. 2 of our children
turned 5 and 7 in the last week of June, with a
big Lego party at end of month. My Husband
also has a June Birthday, and my daughter
participated in her first gymnastics competition,
we had a weekend away and a long weekend.
Lots of things in June, yet, this was the month I
set my sights on ESL. Why, well, maybe I like to
be really busy!!! I’m not sure!
My road to ESL started in Oct last year. I
had just made Sales Leader after 8 months,
and ESL was on my agenda. I had originally
planned to promote in March, and I was fired
up after Leadership Conference in February.
But then I fell pregnant and didn't really party at
all for a few months due to nausea and severe
tiredness.

Get To Know Your Leaders . Julie-ann Kleu ESL
In May at a meeting with Tracey Wilson, she
casually said that I would be ESL soon. I
considered the possibility, and I thought, ‘no
way, I haven't been partying or seeing people,
I won't possibly have the numbers.’ But when I
checked at the end of May, there was the 75%
active! So, I excitedly worked on my plan for
June.
With a printed list of Team members and
coloured highlighters, I set to thinking about
how to best support the various groups within
my Team; the new Consultants, those who
would be dormant soon, the partiers and my
Team Coordinators.
In May, I spoke with the 2 Team Coordinators
in my Team and told them my plans to become
an ESL level Team, and that their support would
be imperative! I had many a conversation with
those girls in June!
