Jackets’ up there and thought ‘oh wow, I’ll never
get to that level’ and now here I am!! I’ve always
been one to strive for goals and so when I saw this
was going to be a possibility I thought there was
nothing to stop me getting there! To be a Senior
Leader in this company is such a privilege and
I’m hoping it can help grow the status of online
businesses within Norwex. 
For my Team, this is huge – I am so so proud to
be their Leader and I have such an amazing and
supportive bunch of Leaders under me who all
help each other out and I’m proud to say they’re
my friends as well as my Team members. 
How would you describe the culture
within your Team?
My Team is so supportive of everyone else in our
Teams – in particular the Leaders under me – we
all talk daily – encouraging each other, helping
each other, sharing tips etc. For me, this is an
important part of the reason why our Team has
been so successful in growing so quickly and it
can only go up from here!!
