Congratulations on your recent promotion to
Senior Executive Sales Leader! We enjoyed our
chat with Rowena where we learnt about her
Why!
When did you join Norwex and what
was your main reason for doing so?
I joined in April 2016 so exactly 2 years ago now!
I had recently hosted an online party with Lisa
Jones and thought it was something I could do
from the comfort of my couch whilst on maternity
leave with my 2nd child. 
What is your favourite product and
why?
Oh this is always a hard one, it’s too hard to
choose!! Probably the towels, I threw all my other
ones out when I moved last year as I could never
go back to regular ones again! They dry so well
and best of all – no lint!
You have a young family so how do
you juggle roles of motherhood, wife
and Leader?
Sometimes – not very well!!! Admittedly I spend a
lot of time on my phone due to my business being
predominantly online – but I do try and prioritise
time with my family rather than working all day

every day. My Team all know I’m super busy but
that I will respond as soon as I can and would
never ignore them. Some evenings I put my
phone down for a few hours to spend some time
with my hubby as life is pretty crazy with 3 kids
under 4 in our house at the moment! It’s all about
a good balance. 
How has Norwex helped your family?
In so many ways – we’re now living a much
healthier lifestyle with the removal of most
chemicals in our household. We have lots of
allergies between us so removing any risk of
further ones is important to me. And of course
the money – we’re currently building our dream
home and I’m pretty confident it wouldn’t have
been possible without Norwex supplementing our
other incomes! 
What does becoming a SESL mean to
you and your Team?
When I started out I remember going to my first
conference in August 2015 and seeing all the ‘Red
