Monrovia was founded by
Harry E. Rosedale in 1926
with a simple mission,
Distinctively Better®
plants. Harry was an early
pioneer in growing plants in
containers until they were
ready to be planted in the
landscape. Following in
his father’s footsteps, Mr.
Rosedale’s son Miles strives
to insure that Monrovia
plants are grown in the
best soil mixes available.

at the home nursery. All
