FOLD IT ALL UP AGAIN

We hope that this short walk-through has provided you with the necessary insights into this strategy, and maybe even ignite the spark of the exciting idea of a living lab in Nordhavnen.
Before we fold it all up again, let us recap briefly: phase 1-4 are the core of getting to a transformative operation strategy. It draws a bow from the past to the present and helps us to anticipate future trends in a collaborative process. With this knowledge, a number of potentially transformative experiments are identified. Each of these experiments are then going through step A, where a decision for a‘ Go!’ or a‘ No Go’ is made. The experiments with a‘ Go!’ are in phase 5 charted in a document, which includes the framing information of the living lab setting and guides it’ s operation. While the single experiments are implemented in step B, the steering of the implementation process is described in phase 6. At last, learning takes place in step C for the single mobility solutions itself and in phase 7 on a higher, more conceptual level. Those learnings provide the basis to update the operation strategy and increase its transformative character.
