toiletries for soldiers on the front line, buying food for people in the south
and packing toys for children who live on the Gaza border.
Today, before returning to Jerusalem, the Sea to Sea Hike made their
way towards the Mediterranean Sea, and everyone was excited to mix
their bottle of water from the Kinneret with the water from the
Mediterranean. They then continued to Jerusalem.

Last evening, the hanichim who
participated in the Poland
Seminar held a reunion with their
staff as well as with Marta Wise
(the survivor of Auschwitz who
accompanies our Ramah groups),
and presented Marta with a gift
and thanked her for giving them
the chance to get to know her.
Following the Poland reunion, all
of Seminar met together for a
news update and to hear about
the changes in the schedule we
wrote to you about yesterday.
Everyone is very excited that we
will be going to the Bedouin Tent,
Masada and the Dead Sea earlier
than planned. At the meeting we
heard from a local Jerusalem
nurse who volunteered yesterday
in Sderot, on the Gaza border. We heard about the situation there, and the
amazing spirit and resilience of the people of that city. The update was
followed by kvutza meetings where everyone shared their Etgar
experiences.
