I told him to give my Salam (salutation) to
Shaykh Sahab.
He asked me, if I would be willing to join
him. I was hesitant to say yes, as I had never
visited the place before and did not have a
clue as to what it would be like. My brother,
thinking that he might be able to convince
me, said that some of my friends would be
joining the gathering as well. I liked the fact
that my friends would be coming too, so I
finally agreed to join him.
When I heard the talk delivered by Shaykh
Sahab, it made me feel as if Allah was
asking me,
َ ُ َ ْ َ ََ َ ْ ن
فأ ي� تذهبون
“So, where are you going?”
I recapped my life and sighed regretfully that I had
wasted twenty nine years of my life in ignorance.
After the gathering, a very young and graceful
lady approached me and asked about me and my
husband. I smiled at her and told her that I am
not married and that I had come with my brother.
I could not believe my eyes that she was so young
and graceful.
