Lord in humility and submission. (Al-Madaarij). When in ruku (bowing) and in sujood (prostration) we normally glorify Allah  by saying the words taught, at least three times. Try to increase it to five, seven nine or eleven times. When rising from ruku increase that dua to the following: ً َ ً َ ً َْ ُ َ َ َ ‫َر َّبنـا َولك احل ْمـد حـدا كثـ�ا ط ِّيـبا‬ ‫ي‬ ً َ ُ ‫مـباراك فيه‬ “Our Lord, praise is Yours, abundant, good and blessed praise.” Advice # 3 - Tahajjud Tahajjud is the optional night prayer which is prayed in the depths of the night. It is also one of the prayers which is done with the most sincerity since it is done in isolation, when it is just Allah . and you. When reading about the lives of the Companions  and the early pious predecessors we find that this prayer was a fixed part of their life. The best time to offer tahajjud is in the latter portion of the night. The following beautiful hadith illustrates thisAbu Huraira  reported Messenger of Allah as saying: “Our Lord, the Blessed and the Exalted, descends every night to the lowest heaven when one-third of the latter part of the night is left, and says: Who supplicates Me so that I may answer him? Who asks Me so that I may give to him? Who asks Me forgiveness
