Lord in humility and submission. (Al-Madaarij).
When in ruku (bowing) and in sujood
(prostration) we normally glorify Allah by
saying the words taught, at least three times.
Try to increase it to five, seven nine or eleven
times.
When rising from ruku increase that dua to the
following:
ً َ ً َ ً َْ ُ َ َ َ
َر َّبنـا َولك احل ْمـد حـدا كثـا ط ِّيـبا
ي
ً َ ُ
مـباراك فيه
“Our Lord, praise is Yours, abundant,
good and blessed praise.”
Advice # 3 - Tahajjud
Tahajjud is the optional night prayer which
is prayed in the depths of the night. It is also
one of the prayers which is done with the most
sincerity since it is done in isolation, when it is
just Allah . and you. When reading about the
lives of the Companions and the early pious
predecessors we find that this prayer was a fixed
part of their life.
The best time to offer tahajjud is in the latter
portion of the night.
The following beautiful hadith illustrates thisAbu Huraira reported Messenger of Allah
as saying: “Our Lord, the Blessed and the
Exalted, descends every night to the lowest
heaven when one-third of the latter part of the
night is left, and says: Who supplicates Me so
that I may answer him? Who asks Me so that
I may give to him? Who asks Me forgiveness
