The New“ Men’ s Flat” in the FTI GROUP Management

The FTI GROUP is growing, in terms of staff complement and thus it was decided to make better use of the current office space in the Munich headquarters through shared offices. In some instances, desks were exchanged with smaller ones so that more colleagues could be working in the same office.
The Group’ s management team is also supporting this initiative, with FTI Group Chief Executive Officer, Dietmar Gunz, now sharing his office with Revenue and Pricing Director, Stefan Gibfried, and FTI Chief Operating Officer, Torsten Lampe. The conference table, which originally stood in Dietmar’ s office, had to be removed to make space for the new desks.“ Since I work very closely with Stefan and Torsten, it was natural for me to share the office with them. This allows us to make even better use of synergies, which will definitely lead to the development of better and new ideas,“ explained Dietmar Gunz.
Stefan Gibfried and Torsten Lampe are also very happy with their new workplace.“ We are happy to see that all three of us are sitting in the same office. This saves us phone calls or extra meetings,” said the two. The new“ men’ s flat” is located on the third floor of the FTI Group’ s headquarters, overlooking the tracks that lead to the Munich Central Station. As always, the door is open for all staff members who have any questions and / or ideas.
