What is mindfulness ?
At its most basic level , mindfulness helps train your attention to be more aware of what is actually happening , rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen . We learn to bring greater curiosity to whatever it is we experience .
Research
Mindfulness has a growing body of extremely compelling research evidence around its benefits . Further , interdisciplinary findings within the fields of neuroscience and mindfulness are starting to deepen our understanding , of the mind and the body . Since 1980 , there has been an exponential growth in well-researched , peer reviewed published studies exploring the potential benefits of mindfulness practice for both adults and young people .
