So let’s get too it. You have your physical, blood work, family health history; now what? Now we see what it is you need to work on. Flabby thighs, cellulite, a gut that has people thinking you’re pregnant. Oh, but wait you’re a Plus Size Model so it’s okay. Oh no honey it is not. Plus Size does not mean Sloppy Size. You still must be toned so not too much needs to be tucked or better yet be healthy too walking the runways without sweating up the garment. Am I being too harsh? Perhaps, yet it’s the truth. Then the print models why make these awesome photographers do more editing on your pictures because you choose to not get yourself together. Make their lives easier, unless you enjoy paying the PIPER to edit and photo shop your whole shoot.
Okay, okay I will stop with the rants and get to the Fitness For Fashion. If you aren’t involved in a fitness regime get on one that suits your budget and your schedule.

1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/8 cup dried Cranberries
6 oz. grilled Chicken Breast
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
