HEALTH REVIEW Live It, NOT Diet!: Eat More Not Less. Lose Fat Not Weight By Mike Sheridan H I HOW BETTER DIET & EXERCISE CAN HELP YOU LIVE A LONGER, HAPPIER, HEALTHIER LIFE t’s not your fault if you’ve been religiously following long-established dietary and exercise regimens, only to find yourself gaining weight and body fat each year, no matter what you do. Few of us are saints when it comes to following the diets we know are best for us, so it really does help to know we’re not quitting all our favorite snacks cold turkey just yet. “Live It, Not Diet!” is so packed with technical facts and information that it took me weeks to read, and it’s one of those books I want to keep handy after reading so I can revisit sections later when more associated pieces of the plan suddenly make sense in delightful “Aha!” moments.
