LIVE A LONGER, HAPPIER,
HEALTHIER LIFE
t’s not your fault if you’ve been religiously following long-established dietary and exercise regimens, only to
find yourself gaining weight and body
fat each year, no matter what you do.
According to diet and fitness coach
Mike Sheridan, lots of baby boomers
have been unknowingly suffering from trusting
the advice they were taught as children. As it
turns out, eating according to the food pyramid
can lead to increased fat, weight, and inflammation, which in turn can contribute to a number of unnecessary and debilitating diseases.
Mike Sheridan’s “Live It, Not Diet!” plan is designed to reset your habits, while you slowly but

“Live It, Not Diet!” is so packed with technical facts and information that it took me weeks
to read, and it’s one of those books I want to
keep handy after reading so I can revisit sections later when more associated pieces of the
plan suddenly make sense in delightful “Aha!”
moments.
