Session: Running Against the Machine
Women often face an uphill battle in their political careers because of the mainstream
political infrastructure that has been historically male-dominated. In this panel, YEOs will
hear from local women who have faced off with the political “machine” and share their
own experiences and strategies for overcoming obstacles and structural barr
