By forming community with creative expression as its common denominator, Art Omi creates a sanctuary for the artistic community and the public to affirm the transformative quality of art. Art Omi is an arts center with a 120-acre sculpture and architecture park and gallery, residency programs for international artists, writers, translators, musicians, architects and dancers.

Cortland County Historical Society (CCHS) is home to the James Suggett House Museum and the Kellogg Memorial Research Center. The Museum showcases the stories of more than two centuries of Cortland County life. Built in 1882, this large, historic home anchored the Suggett family property, which also included the area now known as Suggett Park. In addition to the Museum, CCHS supports genealogical and local history research requests in the Kellogg Memorial Research Center. The gift shop, located in the Research Center features CCHS publications, calendars, novelties, and local merchandise.
