GOOD REPRESENTATION

Women hold a range of vital roles across the
OCBC Group, in line with our belief in equality
in the workplace. Our commitment to building
a diverse workforce is further exemplified by

CASE STUDY
To celebrate International
Women’s Day, we hosted a
series of activities centred
around the theme of “Inspiring
Women, Empowering Women”
throughout March 2017.
In one of the key activities,
OCBC employees from
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia,
Hong Kong and Macao were
asked to send in stories about
women who inspired them.
Thirty women, ranging from
mothers to politicians, stood out in these stories and were selected
to be featured in a mural collage. This collage was displayed at the
OCBC Centre foyer in Singapore from 6 to 8 March 2017.
