Fundamental moves

Chest

Build big guns by beginning with these classic gym moves

Bench Press

How to do it

- Lie down on the bench and place your legs on the ground directly under your knees.

- Make sure your head, your upper back and glutes are flat against the bench.

- Hold the bar with proper grip

- Lift the bar and bring to your chest by bending your elbows out.

- Push to bar back to the start position by driving your legs into the ground.

- Do not bounce the bar off your chest as that is dangerous and you are gaining momentum rather than using strength.
