Bent Over Row
How to do it : -
- Stand straight with your core braced.
- Slowly lean forward from the hip while bending your knees.
- Hold the bar with an overhand grip at shoulder width, allowing the bar to hang at knee level. ( This will be your start position )
- Pull the bar up to your sternum and bring it back the start position in the same motion.
