One Arm Preacher Curl

How to do it : -

- Hold a dumbbell in one hand and place that hand on an incline bench or an upright bench. The dumbbell should be held at shoulder length. ( This is will be your start position )

- Curl the dumbbell up to shoulder height ( until the forearm is vertical ) and bring back your arm to the start position in the same motion.
