Upright Row

How to do it : -

-Stand straight holding a barbel with an overhand grip, with hands at a shoulder width apart.( This will be your start position)

- Pull the barbel up to your chin while keeping your elbows pointed out.

- Slowly bring back the barbel to the start position.

Shrug

How to do it : -

- Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder length.

- Lift the dumbbells in the same line by elevating your shoulders as high as possible.

- Bring the dumbbells back the start position.
