Solution:- compare the problem vision from the side of the volunteer and the RO;- do not blame – search for the best variant for all the parts;- clarify the relevance of the reason to quit the project;- contact NA about the possibility to replace the volunteer.
Solution:- make the list of“+” and“-“ of the decision to quit;- make the list of obstacles and the variants of their obtaining;- try another activities in the organization to satisfy the needs;- have a vacation to think about the decision.
Solution:- identify and the reason to quit;- refocus the tasks for the volunteer in the case of unsatisfaction;- give break( holidays or temporary visit to the home country) to think;- do not press the volunteer in the case of the final decision to quit.
Situation 9: What would you do if there are troubles with visa procedure? Relevance of the problem: Before going to the project the volunteer needs to be sure that he has all the legal reasons to stay in the hosting country during the project period. Visa is a crucial point not to have problems with the legal stay or local registration.
Risks for SENDING ORGANIZATION- impossibility to start the project on time.
Risk prevention:- check the documents list for visa application;- support the volunteer in the visa procedure;- provide necessary documents( insurance, recommendation letter, etc.);- be sure that the volunteer get the visa;- stay in contact with the volunteer in the day of the application

Risks for RECEIVING ORGANIZATION- impossibility to start the project on time- impossibility to register the volunteer on the local level
Risk prevention:- provide necessary documents( invitation, AA, organization documents, etc.);- stay in contact with the volunteer in the day of the application;- be ready to contact the consulate;- check the possibility to make the visa in the hosting country after the arrival of the volunteer
