There could be external (changes of the life situation, loss of the relative, studies/ job applying) and internal (lack of motivation, unsatisfaction, unhappiness etc.) reasons. The solution should be searched according to the reasons. The volunteer's actions should not put the project in risk. If he/she comes on EVS, he is expected to finish the project but are not obligated in some cases.
