Relevance of the problem:
The process and the result of the project depend on the level of the volunteer motivation. In the project
duration the level of the motivation can change and the task of the hosting coordinator is to keep the
motivation of the volunteer on the appropriate level. Moreover, motivation is important on all the levels of
the project – preparation, implementation and evaluation.
