49 Over time the phenomenon of inequality is changing, but not radically. Women hate inequality; they just get adapted, once inequality is accepted, breaking it will be a painstaking job. A few of the women who are brave enough to tear down the fence will be misunderstood, criticized and deserted, even by other women. Nobody wants to put themselves into a dreary state, so they have to compromise, thinking of the consequences of women changing the inequality is no doubt depressing. There must be some other alternatives. I advocate feminism. However, I am not favor of radical and aggressive ways. It’s difficult to change others, tiring to negotiate with others. What we, women can do is to get to know more about ourselves and convert ourselves into true selves through continuous learning, thinking and practicing as a result of changing men’s mind and attitude. The formation of the system is a lengthy process, likewise, changing the system is also a lengthy process. For me, everyone needs to get involved.
