WHAT YOU SAY

In today’s society, cyberbullying, verbal bullying, and catcalling
are all penetrating in our life, specifically the lives of women and
girls. From a small critical comment to a face-to-face cursing, the
damage of these “jokes” or comments is profound but is often
ignored. To realize the power of these comments and words, and
to explore how much pain it could cause, I interviewed three girls
at The Putney School. I create a Buzzfeed-inspired interview to
let these girls share what they have experienced and what they
would have responded if they met the attackers again.
