Work-life Balance
An employee assistance program is available to employees and their families at no cost . It provides employees with access to grief and other counseling , legal assistance , finance guidance , childcare and elder care and daily living resources . These services aid employees in the smooth navigation of life ’ s challenges .
In addition to a comprehensive employee assistance program , the Airports Authority offers employees a robust paid-time-off program that consists of 12 holidays , annual leave and sick leave . Employees begin accruing leave on their first day of work . Additionally , the Airports Authority offers paid military leave for all types of military service .
