Greeting to all our readers and dancing friends . Well the heat is on , only if we had more rain to go with it . It ’ s been nice to get up some nice hay again this year . But the second cutting isn ’ t that great .
June 5th-- we enjoyed the music of Blake Klaustermeier and Friends at the Pla-Mor Ballroom in Glencoe , MN .
June 14th-- went to Lester Prairie , MN ’ s Music in the Park , it was a hot evening . Listen to Blake Klaustermeier and Friends . We gave away a couple tickets to our King ’ s & Queen ’ s Ball .
June 19th — Father ’ s Day , had two customer I had to bale hay for , got

done mid afternoon so we went to Morgan , MN . to hear the Larry Olsen Band very nice crowd .
June 21st -- Back to Lester Prairie ’ s Music in the Park to hear Concertina Melinda & Friends play . We gave away two tickets again for our Ball at the Pla-Mor .
June 25th --went on the Henderson tractor ride 50 some tractors we drive about 40 miles end up in Henderson to hear the George ’ s Concertina Band .
June26th- went to Pla- Mor to hear & dance to George ’ s Concertina Band a good time had by all .
July 1st-- It was our King & Queen Ball with Leon Olsen Show and Blake Klaustermeier and Friends playing we got a lot of Great comments about the music !
July 2nd-- it was George ’ s Concertina Band and Harvey Becker & The Riverside Dutchman with Lowell Schubert on concertina . They had the crowd going for the last time . Going to be missed !!
July 3rd --we had Dain ’ s Dutchmen and the Larry Olsen Band play for the final day of the King ’ s and Queen ’ s Ball . A very nice

turnout for the three days .
July 4th --we went to New Ulm ’ s Music in the Park where Wendinger played and two others , sorry got a senior moment .
July 6th- we made it to Jackpot to hear the Larry Olsen band , the biggest crowd they have had , standing room only !
July 14th-- went to Silver Lake , MN ’ s Music in the Park . Enjoyed Blake Klaustermeier and Friends music !
July 15,16 ,& 17th --went to New Ulm for the Bavarian Blast a lot of great bands and a little warm for dancing .
July 23rd-- we went to Franklin , MN . for their catfish days We heard and danced to the Larry Olsen Band .
July 24th-- went to the Pla-Mor to hear and dance to the Wendinger Band .

We would like to THANK all those that attend our Music Fest and supported us and hope you came back for the Red & Whites Music Fest !
On a sad note the Queen Shirley broke her left foot on July 30th cleaning out the old barn and missed stepped , no dancing for awhile . When the new

shed is built { no one can do it this year anymore } we ’ ll have a party !! Have a Great rest of the summer what is left of it . Keep dancing if you can till next time try and stay Healthy !

Welcome dancers to this hot and humid summer . I am looking for some cooler weather and rain . We had a busy summer with dancing and taking care of our place at Sherwood Forest .
At our April meeting it was decided to donate our yearly amount to the Children ’ s Hospitals . $ 500.00 for the Gillette ’ s Hospital and $ 500.00 to the Shriners Hospital from the Po . L . K . of A . Klub . This was matched with another $ 500.00 to Gillette and the to Shriners from our King Arine and Queen
