MMHF inductees announced
The Minnesota Music Hall of Fame, 27 North
Broadway in New Ulm, MN, recently announced the
Minnesota Music Hall of Fame inductees for 2019.
The inductees are:
Soul Asylum – Minneapolis
O’Neill Brothers (Tim and Ryan) – New Prague
John & Sara McKay – St. Peter
John Holmquist – New Ulm
Ernie Coopman – Mankato
Peterson Family – Minneapolis
The hall of fame awards will be presented at a
banquet and induction ceremony Friday, Nov. 1, at
Turner Hall in New Ulm. The event will highlight
each inductee’s career with video and song.
A social hour will take place at 5 p.m., banquet
dinner at 6 p.m., induction ceremony at 7:30 p.m.,
and entertainment following.
Alsleben Music Fest
Tickets are $45 per person to MMHF members,
and $50 for non-members.

Showcase
The 2019 Inductee Showcase will take place at
the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame Saturday, Nov.
2, highlighting each inductee’s life history with pic-
tures and memorabilia, as well as items from induct-
ees from previous years.
Free admittance to the showcase, as well as enter-
tainment and refreshments will be offered from 10
a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Minnesota Music Hall of Fame has bestowed
prestigious hall of fame awards to 181 individuals
and organizations since 1989.
