4K projection . Except few , not all the theatres in Tamil Nadu have facility to project in that resolution . Tomorrow , you never know , all the theatres would have facility to project in 8K or even more !
The final product is not only for theatres , but also for internet streaming such as Netflix , Amazon Video . So , in near future , anything can happen as the technology keeps upgrading each year . Above all , finally the movie I make is my ‘ baby ’, I will always opt for the better .
SK - So , will you recommend others to go for higher resolutions ?
KVA - Yeah sure , as much as the budget allows . It would be unfair , if we spend lot of money for the cast and not for the production ! ( laughs ) It has to be equally balanced .
