Mindi O ’ Brien ’ s life is dedicated to continuous improvement , innovation , and a strong desire to push beyond her limits . As an IFBB professional in Fitness , Physique and Bikini , she lets her hard work speak for itself every time she steps on stage ; naturally , she expects the same from her amazing team as well . Mindi believes that every athlete has a story , but sometimes a great coach needs to help build the foundation . As the founder of Team O ’ Brien Fitness , Mindi strives to develop both the physical and mental side of her athletes . Strong bonds are formed , and great relationships foster success and commitment ; this effectively produces a symbiotic relationship with a dynamic set of goals achieved together . Mindi has spent the past 22 years of her life competing , and she hopes to instill the same passion for this sport into others . With multiple appearances at the Olympia ( 11 times , with a highest placing of 6th ) and the Arnold Classic ( 10 times , with a highest placing of 3rd ), Mindi appreciates that this sport constantly challenges even the best athlete to strive for greater performance each time .
What is the greatest reward you derive from the accomplishments of your clients ?

When you ’ re a three-time national record holder in powerlifting ( squat , deadlift and total ) and the 2015 Canadian national powerlifting champion , you know a thing or two about training for results . A co-founder of the Strong Athlete Human Performance Centre , PK is a lifelong athlete whose passion is to help others realize their physical potential . PK has nearly two decades of experience in high-performance athletics and sports nutrition , and his no-nonsense programs integrate intense strength training , metabolic conditioning and performance nutrition to achieve results . One of his strategies is to ensure that clients perform a thorough warm-up and cool-down after training sessions to keep muscles fluid and loose .
