Barre Tone Tai Chi (Ages 16+)
A perfect combination of yoga, Pilates and strength
training will be presented while using the ballet barre as
a tool. Develop lean muscle, enhance your balance and
work on deep core strength. Small equipment will be
incorporated to target muscle groups that you never knew
you had. Led by Diane Cappasso (5 wks) During your practice you will learn movement patterns that
will help you improve circulation, increase coordination,
master balance, and gain physical strength. Join Ken Ning
as he leads this traditional Tai Chi format class with his 15+
years of experience. Led by Ken Ning. (7-8 wks)

Piloxing Barre
This program takes those same techniques to improve
balance, strengthen joints and tone muscle with the addition
of boxing. The extra cardio element makes the 45 min. class
a complete workout challenging all energy systems. The
ballet barre is used for balance, isometric engagement and
as a tool during boxing combos. Be ready to get the heart
pumping. Led by Nicole Schaller and Beth Barber (5 wks)

Vinyasa Yoga (Ages 14+)
This class is designed for newcomers to yoga as well
as intermediate practitioners. You will use breathing
exercises, a variety of poses, and relaxation tools to
increase core strength, endurance and flexibility. Learn to
link your poses to your breath during flow sequences that
will leave you feeling strong and rejuvenated. Led by Yoga

Family Yoga (Ages 6+)
Keep the family moving this winter with a kid friendly
yoga class. You and your little one will freeze like a dog,
sway like a tree and try to hold rock like a boat in the sea
as beginner poses are introduced. Gain balance, focus and
proprioception while having fun! Led by Jessica Spalding.
