Hard Core Training (Ages 18+) Ring Around the Rig –Small Group Training
From interval workouts to weightlifting, you will get
a taste of it all. The variety of drills and exercises will
challenge your body and break plateaus. Track your
progress with personal performance assessments at the
beginning and end of each session. This class is not for the
novice participant. Prepare to sweat! Led by Dawn Blough.
(4/5/6 wks) Work with a group of 4–8 participants alongside a
certified trainer or instructor to achieve your fitness goals.
Individualized attention and specialty equipment on the
Hoist Rig will take this workout to a new level. Get the
benefits of personal training at a reduced rate by sharing
the session with a small group. (4 wks)

aerobic and strength training all in one class. The
instructor will lead you through a 30 min ride
followed by 30 min of suspension training on
TRX straps complemented with small equipment strength

routine? Well the mystery has been solved. What will
be revealed will change your mind and enlighten you
to marvels of fitness via rubber bands. Learn just how
challenging bands can be and refine your barbell skills in
this circuit style class. Led by Kwame Dupre (6 wks)
